Autoritarea contractanta va raspunde, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 3-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor ofertelor conform OUG 107/2017 . Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 5 zile.
