Description
Trøndelag fylkeskommune intends to procure a new system for quality assurance and internal control for the entire entity. A complete description of the procurement is given in Annex 3.1 - Assignment Description and Annex 3.2 - Requirement Specifications. This competition is initiated with a phase for prequalification. All those who fulfil the qualification requirements will be able to submit tender offers. The prequalification will be followed by a tender phase.
