Description
Trøndelag county shall procure county leisure services for youth at risk. The background for the procurement is based on a decision in the Main Committee for Education. The aim of the leisure offer is to prevent outsiders and give an offer to young people who are risk-seeking and border-seekers and cannot find social affiliation in traditional leisure activities. The target group is youths attending the last year of secondary school and/or the first year in sixth form college. Previous experience from similar tenders shall also be emphasised.
