Die ÖBB Business Competence Center GmbH benötigt, für jene Server die nicht mehr unter die Standard-Gewährleistung bzw. der beim Kauf eines Servers bestellte HW Wartung (im Normalfall 5 Jahre ab Inbetriebnahme) fallen, ab 01.04.2024 einen Wartungsvertrag um im Fehlerfall Zugriff auf den Hersteller oder auf einen zertifizierten Servicepartner als Wartungspartner zu haben, der einen raschen Zugang zu Ersatzteilen und Spezialisten für eine Analyse von potenziellen Problemen bereitstellt und notwendige Reparaturen/Ersatzteilaustausche durchführt.
