Description
Procedura aperta per l’affidamento di contratti pubblici di servizi di architettura e ingegneria di importo pari o superiore alle soglie di rilevanza europea di cui all’articolo14 del decreto legislativo 31 marzo 2023, n. 36 con il criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lavori di realizzazione di una Struttura Sanitaria da destinare a REMS (Residenza per l'Esecuzione delle Misure di Sicurezza detentive) nel Comune di Accadia (FG) per il superamento OPG ai sensi della legge 17/02/2012 n. 9 art. 3 ter e s.m.i., approvato con DGR 1841/2014 e DM 04/03/2015, completato con DGR 350/2015 e DM 30/04/2015, rimodulato con DGR 790 del 02/05/2019 e DM 05/08/2021.
