Description
Autoritatea contractantă va încheia un contract de achiziție de servicii de proiectare (întocmire PT, DE, DTAC, DTOE, documentații pentru obținerea avize) inclusiv asistența tehnică din partea proiectantului pe perioada execuției lucrărilor și execuție de lucrări cu operatorul economic declarat câștigător cu o durată de 42 luni, din care : - 9 luni pentru activitatea de proiectare inclusiv recepția proiectului tehnic și - 33 luni pentru activitatea de execuție lucrări, inclusiv dotarea cu aparate si echipamente, dar și recepția la terminarea lucrărilor, dar nu mai târziu de 30 iunie 2026 conform Proiectului de HG privind aprobarea Programului național de investiții in infrastructura de sănătate, aferent Țintei 377, Componenta 12 Sănătate. Termenul- limită în care Autoritatea Contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/ informațiilor suplimentare: cu 10 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. - Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor/ candidaturilor: 20
