IMPLEMENTAREA UNEI INSTALAŢII DE PRODUCERE A ENERGIEI TERMICE ÎN REGIM DE VÂRF CU FUNCŢIONARE PE GAZE NATURALE ÎN CTE PROGRESU - detalii in caietul de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor formulate de posibilii ofertanti in termenul stabilit anterior - in a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice operator economic poate solicita entitatii contractante clarificari la documentatia de atribuire, inainte data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Solicitarea de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SICAP semnata cu semnatura electronica extinsa.
