Upphandlingen omfattar Uppsala Vatten och Avfall AB:s (UVA) behov av SCADA-system för styrning och övervakning av UVA:s Dricksvattenverk, Avloppsreningsverk och Biogasanläggning. Upphandlingen omfattar också hårdvara som t.ex. automationssystem, terminaler, PLC:er, sensorer och andra datakällor. Upphandlingen genomförs som en konkurrenspräglad dialog enligt lagen om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna. (SFS Lag 2016:1146)
