Description
Ausgeschrieben wird die Beschaffung von 2 präzise regelbaren Rohröfen für hochtemperaturtechnische Anwendungen in der Forschung. Die Öfen sollen für Prozesse wie Diffusion, Annealing und Oxidation geeignet sein. Sie müssen Proben bis zu einer Größe von 10 cm (4") aufnehmen können, insbesondere aus Lithiumniobat, Dünnschichtlithiumniobat, Silizium sowie anderen kristallinen Materialien. Eine exakte Temperaturführung und -stabilität ist essenziell, insbesondere im Bereich bis maximal 1300?°C. Der Betrieb soll automatisch steuerbar und unter verschiedenen Gasatmosphären und Vakuum möglich sein.
