Description
Ausgeschrieben wird eine Anlage zum reaktiven Ionenätzen mittels induktiv gekoppeltem Plasma (ICP-RIE). Die Anlage soll ein Kernstück der waferprozessierenden Infrastruktur darstellen und wird im Reinraum der Universität Paderborn aufgestellt. Die Entwicklung von waferskaligen Bauelementen stellt große Anforderungen an die Wafergröße (bis zu 8"), die Strukturgröße und die Strukturhomogenitäten. Die Anlage soll möglichst viele unterschiedliche Materialien ätzen können, um eine weite Spanne von Bauelementen realisieren zu können. Dazu gehören Materialien wie Aluminium, Chrom, Lithiumniobat, GaAs, Siliziumdioxid und Silizium.
