Description
Ramavtalet omfattar bokning av riksfärdtjänstresor mellan kommuner för personer som beviljats tillstånd att resa med riksfärdtjänst enligt lag (1997:735) om riksfärdtjänst. Resan görs inom Sverige, från en kommun till en annan kommun. Riksfärdtjänst sker normalt med allmänna kommunikationer exempelvis flyg, tåg, buss eller båt samt i taxi/specialfordon/liggande transport. Resan kan även vara en kombination av ovan nämnda färdmedel. Region Värmland utfärdar tillstånd för den enskilde kunden om riksfärdtjänst. Leverantören ska: - I lämpliga lokaler med personal och utrustning bedriva verksamhet vars syfte är att med hög tillgänglighet och kundorientering ta emot beställningar avseende riksfärdtjänst. - Planera och genomföra riksfärdtjänstresor från de resurser som står till förfogande. - Samordna resor i personbil och specialfordon där så är möjligt och skapa optimala fordonsuppdrag och vidarebefordra dessa till fordonstransportörerna. - Utfärda biljetthandlingar för båt, tåg, flyg och/eller buss med anslutningsresor. - Administrera beställningsmottagning, distribution av färdhandlingar, fakturering av egenavgifter och förse beställaren med statistik avseende genomförandet och ersä…
