Description
Region Värmland avser upphandla Professionell kamera-, AV-, ljus- och ljudutrustning. Upphandlingen syftar till att säkerställa tillgång till professionell kamera-, AV-, ljus‑ och ljudutrustning för Region Värmlands verksamheter. Avtalet kommer huvudsakligen att användas av verksamheter med behov av professionell och pedagogisk medieutrustning, såsom Molkoms folkhögskola (foto, film, animation m.m.), Region Värmlands kommunikationsavdelning samt Folktandvården, men ska även kunna användas av övriga verksamheter inom Region Värmland. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två (2) delområden där leverantörer kan välja att lämna anbud på ett eller flera delområden. Avsikten är att teckna avtal med 1 leverantör för respektive delområde.Delområde 1 - Professionell kamera‑ och kringutrustningDelområde 2 - Ljus, ljud och scenteknikLeverantörer som planerar lämna anbud i denna upphandling uppmanas att först läsa igenom Administrativa föreskrifter för en beskrivning av upphandlingen. Därefter nogrant läsa igenom övriga upphandlingsdokument. Utvärdering av inkomna anbud påbörjas i augusti 2026, efter semesterperioden.
