Description
Lepingu esemeks on SAP majandustarkvara arendamine vastavalt seadusandlikes aktides tehtavatele muudatustele ning kasutajatelt saabunud soovidele. Arendustööd peavad sisaldama detailanalüüsi koostamist, vajadusel programmeerimist ja/või seadistamist ning testimist. Hanke tulemusena sõlmitakse raamleping kuni kolme pakkujaga. Lepingu esemeks olevate tööde tellimiseks viiakse läbi minikonkursid.
