Riigihanke eesmärk on sõlmida hankeleping pakkujaga, kes tagab lepingu sõlmimisest alates kuni aprill 2025 (k.a) Ida-Virumaal eesti keelest erineva emakeelega haridustöötajale eesti keele B1-, B2- ja/või C1-tasemel kursuste korralduse ja läbiviimise ning tasemeeksamiks ettevalmistamise kvalifitseeritud õpetajate juhendamisel.
