Description
Respond wants to procure development schemes across Ireland which meet the requirements set out in this RFT. Subject to confirmation from the relevant local authority that there is demand for social housing in the proposed area, the cost, the availability of funding and the other requirements of this RFT. Tenderers are required to propose a Site for their Project. Respond will then either: Purchased the site if the Tenderer is successful in the Competition. Respond will simultaneously enter into a Site Contract and a Development Agreement for the design and construction of the Project. The Development Agreement will become unconditional on completion of the Site purchase. Or Acquire Turn-key built units upon completion: Acquisition by means of building agreement and purchase contract (separate or combined) as is typical for new build residential properties
