Par le présent Appel d’Offres, l’Université du Luxembourg vise à conclure un marché de services, fixé à deux (2) ans, renouvelable deux (2) fois un (1) an (2 + 1 + 1) sur avis, afin de retenir un titulaire reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine du gardiennage et de surveillance. Le marché ne comprend qu’un seul lot regroupant les activités suivantes : gardiennage, rondes mobiles et supervision d’alarmes.
