Description
HBV har idag ett rikstäckande dynamiskt inköpssystem (DIS) för solcellsanläggningar "Solenergi 18-168". HBV planerar att avsluta det befintliga DISet och etablera ett nytt med uppdaterade kvalificeringskrav och villkor som bättre speglar marknadens utveckling och som säkerställer hög leveranssäkerhet, kvalitet och teknisk prestanda vid utförandet av de upphandlingar som genomförs för våra medlemmars räkning.
