Extern remiss avser ramavtal Eldrivna arbetsfordon. HBV skickar härmed ut en remissversion av den nya prisbilagan inför kommande upphandling. Syftet är att ge leverantörer möjlighet att lämna synpunkter på bilagans struktur, innehåll och tydlighet innan upphandlingen annonseras.
