Description
Migrationsverket bjuder in till RFI i form av skriftlig svar på ett antal beskriva behov och frågor. Kortfattat, syftet med denna RFI är att inför en eventuell kommande upphandling få en ökad kännedom om marknaden. Därför förutsätts uppgiftslämnare ha en dokumenterad erfarenhet och relevant branschkunskap och har god erfarenhet som leverantör av att tillhandahålla system för Kontaktcenter. Migrationsverket kommer eventuellt bjuda in ett antal uppgiftslämnare för presentation/intervju för utveckling av svar och resonemang. Observera att denna RFI inte utgör en upphandling eller någon del i en upphandling, utan avser endast att ge myndigheten en bättre bild av marknaden för att tillgodose myndighetens behov. Det utgår ingen ekonomisk ersättning till uppgiftslämnare.
