Upphandling avser catering, servering samt städning av matsal och övriga utrymmen som nyttjas vid genomförandet av uppdraget på Migrationsverkets boenden och förvar under årets alla dagar. Catering omfattar frukost, lunch, middag samt mellanmål. Syftet med upphandlingen att få en leverantör som bland annat kan tillgodose välsmakad, näringsrik och hållbara måltider men även med en variation av multikulturell mat.
