Description
HFAB tittar i dialog med kommunen på möjligheten att bygga nya bostäder på den mark som kommunen äger inom detaljplan för Halmstad 1:47 med flera, Knebildstorps gård. Förslag på detaljplan ligger ute för samråd enligt PBL till och med 8:e september 2024. Under samma tid vill HFAB bjuda in för att utreda om industriellt byggande av permanenta bostäder kan vara lämpligt för den aktuella fastigheten och få input om vad som eventuellt behöver justeras för att detaljplanen ska bli lämplig för de industriellt tillverkade bostäder som finns på marknaden, utan stora kostnadsdrivande anpassningar. Vi vänder oss till företag som arbetar med produktion av industriellt tillverkade permanenta bostäder där byggnation på plats i kombination med montage tillämpas. Vi har även stort intresse av att ta del av era olika lösningar samt utveckling inom hållbart byggande.
