Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två delar. Ett ramavtal för servicearbeten för hela Bs bestånd som omfattar installationer och reparationer av Bs passagesystem och inbrottslarm. Det andra ramavtalet för projekt i form av framtida förnyade konkurrensutsättningar där projekt uppskattas överstiga 200 000 SEK.
