Description
The Correctional Service seeks to get in touch with suppliers that offer both equipment and software for our electronic monitoring solution. We also seek a collaborative partner in developing an increased use of digital control measures for people serving various types of sentences and other reactions in Norwegian Correctional Service. This research will provide updated knowledge on the available solutions and components in the market for electronic monitoring and other digital devices that can enhance the quality during, social security, efficiency, and costs-effectiveness of sentences execution. The Correctional Service’s current contract with G4S Monitoring Technologies LTD for EM management system and equipment is expiring, and we are looking for a new contract that meets our future needs. Our goal is to request for tender and enter into a new contract for buying, operating and maintaining an EM solution by the end of 2024. With this request, KDI wants to identify suitable suppliers and invite them to present their solution and future plans. We will contact the relevant suppliers for further details.
