Description
Marché public de service de restauration collective utilisant des produits favorisant une alimentation durable, de qualité, respectueuse de l’environnement et équitable. Le présent marché porte sur la gestion concédée d’une unité de restauration et d’une sandwicherie appartenant à l’ULB. Dans le cadre du présent marché, l’ULB entend poursuivre une politique d’intégration sociale et professionnelle de personnes handicapées ou défavorisées. Par gestion complète, il faut entendre que le soumissionnaire retenu assume l’ensemble des prestations directement ou indirectement liées à l’exploitation des unités suivantes : • Restaurant « L’architecte » • Sandwicherie « Flagey » En outre, le soumissionnaire retenu assumera l’ensemble des prestations directement ou indirectement liées, comme un service de catering.
