Description
Marché public de service de restauration collective utilisant des produits favorisant une alimentation durable, de qualité, respectueuse de l’environnement et équitable. Il porte sur la gestion complète de trois unités d’exploitation appartenant à l’ULB. Par gestion complète, il faut entendre que le soumissionnaire retenu assume l’ensemble des prestations directement ou indirectement liées à l’exploitation des unités suivantes : • Chez Théo - Restaurant • Campouce - Cafétéria-Snack • Campouce - Sandwicherie En outre, le soumissionnaire retenu assumera l’ensemble des prestations directement ou indirectement liées : • A la préparation des repas de la crèche, • Au service de catering.
