Description
Marché public de service de restauration collective utilisant des produits favorisant une alimentation durable, de qualité, respectueuse de l’environnement et équitable. Le présent marché porte sur la gestion concédée d’une unité de restauration appartenant à l’ULB. Par gestion concédée, il faut entendre que le soumissionnaire retenu assume l’ensemble des prestations directement ou indirectement liées à l’exploitation de l’unité de restauration d’Erasme (plats chauds, salade bar, sandwich…). En outre, le soumissionnaire retenu assumera l’ensemble des prestations directement ou indirectement liées, comme un service de catering.
