Description
Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal för Resebyråtjänster, vilket innebär bokning och utfärdande av resehandlingar till samtliga reguljära färdmedel såsom flyg, tåg, buss, båt, anslutningstransporter samt hotellbokningar in- och utrikes. Tjänsten innefattar även hjälp med visum i de fall detta är nödvändigt med hänsyn till resmål. Bokningar ska kunna ske med personlig service (offline) dygnet runt. Ramavtalet omfattar även en option att avropa konsultstöd för planering av verksamhetens kommande resor.
