Denna upphandling omfattar en heltäckande resebyråservice innefattande personlig service, resekonsulter på plats hos RDF och självbokningssystem, för resor inom Sverige och utomlands. Detta omfattar bland annat bokningar, bekräftelser, avbokningar, ombokningar, omskrivningar och krediteringar av flyg-, tåg-, buss- och båtresor, anslutningstransport till flygplats/tågstation/busstation/hamn, hyra av fordon, hotell/logi och konferenser samt tillhörande kringtjänster såsom systemstöd, implementering och administration av ramavtalet.
