Description
Region Gotland avser upphandla Resebyråtjänster. Uppdraget avser en komplett resebyråtjänst för regionens anställda, elever och klienter samt delvis vara enheten Reseservice alternativt sjukvårdspersonal behjälpliga vid bokningar. Resebyråtjänster inkluderar bokning och utfärdande av resehandlingar, information, rådgivning, ändring av alla typer av biljetter, fakturering samt övriga göromål som kan anses vara kopplade till uppdraget. I uppdraget ska licenser för bokningssystemet Amadeus, eller likvärdigt, tillhandahållas för en mindre grupp (idag 3 styck) anställda på Reseservice. Reseservice är är Region Gotlands egna enhet, vilka självständigt genomför bokningar av regionens utomlänsremitterade patientresor.
