Description

Chalmers tekniska högskola och övriga avropsberättigade parter (Chalmers) har behov av en resebyrå som kan tillhandahålla behovet av tjänsteresor över hela världen på ett säkert och professionellt sätt genom en utmärkt service till beställare, resenärer och resebokare i hela verksamheten. Upphandlingen avser affärsresor, dvs resor för enskilda resenärer och grupper om upp till 9 personer. Uppdraget omfattar all hantering av samtliga efterfrågade tjänsteresor med samtliga möjliga färdmedel, både genom personlig service och genom ett självbokningssystem. Uppdraget omfattar ett ansvar att förmedla, boka och stödja resenärer, samt att aktivt medverka till tjänsteresor som beaktar Chalmers resepolicy och föreskrifter.
