Description
Uppdraget omfattar ett heltäckande behov av resebyråtjänster både inrikes och utrikes för Umeå kommuns och övriga avropsberättigade parters anställda, klienter och förtroendevalda. Uppdraget avser tjänster som en affärsresebyrå traditionellt erbjuder, t.ex. bokning av tåg, flyg, båt, logi, marktransporter, gruppresor samt självbokningssystem. Upphandlingens volym i annonsen avser både produkt (flygresa, tågresa, logi etc) samt servicearvode. I bilaga volymer framgår en tydligare bild av historiska och uppskattade volymer. Upphandlingen kommer kompletteras med bilaga 'Infosäk-krav 24001' under v.21.
