Description
Upphandlingen omfattar resebyråtjänst till RISE. Upphandlingen ska tillgodose RISE behov av reseadministrativa tjänster. Resebyrån ska erbjuda en fullservicetjänst omfattande bokning, ombokning och avbokning av resor, transportmedel och hotell samt tillhörande kringtjänster. RISE bokning av resor sker till 90 % via en självserviceportal, det är därför av största vikt att leverantören har ett väl fungerande och stabilt systemstöd för självbokning med god funktionalitet.
