Description

The HSE, National Social Inclusion Office (NSIO) wishes to invite tenderers to tender to conduct a needs assessment and gap analysis in relation to the development of a shared IT case management system, to allow for joint care-planning, inter-agency working, and a better understanding of system-level operations and the effectiveness and efficiency of current resources in addressing the comprehensive needs of individuals experiencing homelessness.
