+++ Deutsche Version unten anbei +++ The aim of the competition is to research and develop a new data format that enables all data relevant to an investigation procedure to be brought together. This should enable data from different sources to validate and complement each other. Research will then be conducted into algorithms that can calculate new information based on the merged data. For example, an analogue footprint and a video recording could be mapped to a gait pattern including further biometric information. With the help of these research objectives, investigative procedures and, in particular, interdisciplinary cooperation should become more efficient. In addition, cases that could not be solved until now due to insufficient information could be solved. The target technology readiness level at the end of the project is 3 to 4, depending on the technology.
