Description

Skillnet Ireland, under a government mandate funded by DFHEIRS, is developing the SME Upskilling Incentivisation Scheme planned for launch in 2025. This national programme will establish a cost recovery system for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) based in Ireland, allowing business owners to reclaim the costs associated with workforce development and training. These costs may include salary, travel and subsistence, but not including training costs. Skillnet Ireland is seeking a BPO service to assist in the design and to outsource this process.
