Description
MEDITE Europe DAC are seeking suitably qualified companies for the supply of PSCS services to support the shortly commencing construction phase of Project Shine. Please see Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) services outlined below We have plans to modernize our MDF facility with an investment in new equipment called Project Shine. 3D layout of existing + proposed can be found in Appendix 3: Layout Drawings. (Which can be made available upon request to Ciara.Walsh@mdfosb.com following signing an NDA). Project Shine involves the installation of the following: • Wet fuel handling system of which the main component are: • Walking floor system • Various conveyors • Screens + Hoppers • Dry Fuel handling system of which the main components are: • Edge trim + dust silo • Blowers • Ducting and diverters • Energy plant of which the main components are: • Walking floor system for biomass fuel • Main 56MW biomass furnace • Thermal Oil Heating + pumping • Electrostatic Precipitator • Steam Generator • Associated ID fans: recirculation, primary + secondary. • MDF dryers of which the main components are: • Hot Gas Duct • Face Dryer • Core Dryer • Associated fans • Services + utilities …
