Description
The objective of this RFQ is to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers for a review and analysis of the impact of generative artificial intelligence technologies on research funding mechanisms.
Award criteria
- Quality — Demonstration of ability to address all aspects of the requirements, level of resources to be applied to the project, and where appropriate experience of similar activities.
- Quality — Demonstration of a detailed project schedule including specific review milestones which will enable SEAI to monitor overall progress
- Quality — Quality of proposal, including outline of the approach and methodology proposed to meet the requirements.
