Description

Request for Information (RFI) from Potential Contractors: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) Facilities Upgrades and Refurbishment (Waste Management Building, Maintenance Workshop Replacement, and Morgue Refurbishment). The Ministry of Health and Wellness of Barbados (MHW) has partnered with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) to strengthen the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), the nation’s primary public healthcare and teaching facility. Funded by a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB), this project, Implementation Support for the Strengthening and Improvement of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, appoints UNOPS as the implementing partner. In this role, UNOPS provides technical and operational support to modernise infrastructure, enhance health system resilience, and ensure the delivery of high-quality public health services to all Barbadians.
