Description

Air Ambulance Services of Norway (the Contracting Authority) is preparing a new public procurement of air ambulance services for fixed wing. The procurement includes complete operation of relevant air ambulance bases, including suitable aircraft, operation, manpower, maintenance, stand-by, training, etc. The contracting authority will provide base facilities and hangars. The operation includes nine ambulance aircrafts in accordance with Bilag A5 - Beredskapsstruktur. The tentative contract will run from 1 July 2030 to 30 June 2036, with an option for an extension for 2+3 years. As part of the preparation of a possible procurement, it is significant for the Contracting Authority and its owner, the regional health authorities, to get a good picture of what the market can offer.
