Procedura aperta ai sensi dell’ art. 71 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023, per la conclusione di un accordo quadro ex art. 59 co. 3 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023, con unico operatore per ciascun lotto, avente ad oggetto l’affidamento di servizi legali per la gestione massiva, in via giudiziale, della morosità derivante dal mancato pagamento di canoni e/o spese di gestione ordinaria da parte di inquilini di unità immobiliari ad uso abitativo e ad uso diverso dall’abitativo, di proprietà di ALER Milano o detenuti da essa in gestione, con rapporto contrattuale in corso o cessato, della morosità derivante dal mancato pagamento di spese relative a manutenzione ordinaria e/o straordinaria da parte di proprietari di alloggi siti in stabili i cui servizi sono erogati da ALER Milano.
