Affidamento in concessione, ai sensi degli artt. 164 e ss. del D.lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i., del servizio di conduzione a canone, pronto intervento e reperibilità al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro degli impianti elevatori (ascensori, montacarichi e servoscala), nonché dell'esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione connessi al servizio, dell'ammodernamento degli impianti esistenti e della realizzazione di nuovi impianti ascensori per gli immobili di proprietà di Aler Milano e/o gestiti dalla stessa, siti in Milano e provincia.
