Description
De opdracht omvat een raamcontract voor de levering op afroep van de verlichtingsarmaturen en het bijhorende toebehoren. De installatie en plaatsing van de verlichtingsarmaturen wordt door de opdrachtgever in eigen beheer uitgevoerd en maakt dus geen deel uit van deze opdracht. De opdrachtgever behoudt zich het recht voor om meer of minder hoeveelheden te bestellen. De leverancier kan uit afwijkingen ten opzichte van de geraamde hoeveelheden geen enkel recht op schadevergoeding, prijsherziening of andere compensatie laten gelden. De leverancier mag geen minimale bestelhoeveelheden opleggen
