Description
De opdracht omvat het sluiten van een overeenkomst voor de levering van bloedglucosemeters en teststrips betreffende de RIZIV-diabetesrevalidatie-overeenkomsten voor de patiënten van groep A, B en C, behalve de pomp-patiënten. De overeenkomst wordt gesloten voor een periode van twee jaar met de mogelijkheid om maximum vier maal te verlengen, telkens voor één jaar. De glucosesensoren worden in dit dossier niet betrokken.
