Upphandlingen omfattar leverans av en IT-lösning som kan användas av Uppsala kommuns olika verksamheter och de kommunala bolag som omfattas av upphandlingen. Data ska kunna särskiljas i lösningen utifrån juridisk person. Upphandlingen omfattar införande, felrättning, underhåll, drift och support av en användarvänlig IT- lösning för rekrytering som följer metodik för kompetenbaserad rekrytering och värnar en god kandidatupplevelse. IT-lösningen ska också innehålla funktionalitet för digital referenstagning och uppföljning av kandidatupplevelse. Leverantören får använda underleverantörer för att nå obligatorisk funktionalitet.
