Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ett ramavtal med en leverantör som kan tillgodose Försvarsmakten med tjänster inom reklam- och marknadskommunikation (Tjänsten). Försvarsmakten söker en leverantör för sitt omfattande och sammansatta behov av tjänster inom reklam- och marknadskommunikation, i första hand avseende extern marknadskommunikation. Tjänsten täcker ett brett spektrum av tjänster från strategisk kommunikationsrådgivning och varumärkesfrågor till projektledning och planering samt produktion och insiktsarbete. Dessutom hela spektret från stora integrerade reklamkampanjer till enskilda filmproduktioner, relationsdrivande (CRM) kommunikationsinsatser samt kontinuerlig annonsering i olika typer av digitala kanaler.
