Description
La prestation vise à produire des fiches de capitalisation contribuant ainsi à l'amélioration continue des interventions et au partage des bonnes pratiques au sein de l'agence. La prestation comprend : - Le cadrage de l'exercice de capitalisation : planification et organisation de l'exercice de capitalisation ; - La collecte des données : réalisation des activités nécessaires pour recueillir les informations pertinentes ; - La production de la fiche : o Evaluation et interprétation des données collectées pour en dégager des enseignements pertinents ; o Rédaction, révision et finalisation de la fiche de capitalisation. La restitution et la diffusion de la fiche sont exclues de la prestation. Les prestations sont décrites de façon détaillée dans les documents de la consultation.
