Description
1. Développer la méthodologie d'élaboration des PCGRC ainsi que les outils y afférents (dont canevas du PCGRC-Focus Inondation) sous la supervision de l'équipe technique d'Expertise France ; 2. Cartographier tous les acteurs impliqués dans le domaine GRC et collecter toutes les sources secondaires existantes liées à la thématique de travail au niveau national et au niveau des 3 provinces et 6 communes ; 3. Animer les ateliers de travail et d'autres rencontres au niveau des 3 provinces et 6 communes ; 4. Produire les six PCGRC-focus inondation ainsi que leurs annexes, avec l'appui de l'équipe GATI ; 5. Participer au processus de validation des PCGRC, y compris la liste des investissements prioritaires pour la prévention des inondations et la réponse aux crises.
