Description
Upphandlingen ska resultera i att ett nära samarbete etableras med en leverantör som ska ansvara för att leda den praktiska arbetet med att genomföra Vinnovas aktiviteter inom upphandlings- och inköpsområdet. En stor del av arbetet kommer att bestå av att genomföra upphandlingar och förnyade konkurrensutsättningar.
