Syfte och mål med upphandlingen är att Leverantören tillgodoser Vinnovas behov av: • högkvalitativt beställarstöd åt Vinnova för att driva på effektivisering inom förvaltning, utveckling, implementering och livscykelhantering av Vinnovas webblösningar • aktivt stötta och driva Vinnovas övriga leverantörer av webbrelaterade tjänster och digitala lösningar. • stötta med kompetens och resurser inom webbkommunikation och utbildning • förmåga och kompetens att kunna täcka upp för ordinarie personal under perioder av frånvaro och arbetstoppar • höja Vinnovas kompetens inom upphandlingsområdet • spetskompetens relevant för uppdraget • analys, uppföljning, utvärdering mot effektmål, säkerhetshöjande åtgärder, omvärldsbevakning och kunskapsöverföring Vänligen se upphandlingsdokumenten för närmare beskrivning
