Upphandlingen görs för VästUpp - flera kommuner i sydvästra Sverige: Trollhättan, Uddevalla, Munkedal, Sotenäs, Lysekil, Strömstad, Tanum. Målet är att upphandla ramavtal för vitvaror och mindre hushållsmaskiner som behövs i kommunala verksamheter. Leverantör kan lämna anbud på ett eller flera geografiska delområden. Två leverantörer per delområde antas. Uppskattad volym på en 4-årsperiod är ca 12 510 000 kronor för alla delområden tillsammans.
